[Bug fortran/15973] New: ICE in trans-types.c

This code generates an ICE as can be seen in the diagnostics.
It appears to be caused by the common block line that is longer
than 72 characters in fixed-source form (free source .f95 version
is accepted). The last variable in the list is truncated and
due to the implicit none line (removing that one will make it
compile) not declared. An error message should be given; the
whole compiler dieing is a bit too much ... :)
