Just some details...
The following files have execution permission when they shouldn't have:
  a-elchha.adb
  a-elchha.ads
  g-memdum.adb
  g-memdum.ads
  g-sestin.ads
  s-addope.adb
  s-addope.ads
  s-exnint.adb
  s-exnllf.adb
  s-exnlli.adb
  s-expint.adb
  s-explli.adb
  s-restri.adb
  s-restri.ads
  s-scaval.adb
  vxaddr2line.adb

This is still valid on mainline.
