[Bug inline-asm/15899] New: internal compiler error: tree check: expected ssa_name, have var_decl in verify_ssa

I get the following fatal error while trying to compile glibc from CVS (20040609):

dl-load.c:206: internal compiler error: tree check: expected ssa_name, have
var_decl in verify_ssa, at tree-ssa.c:402
Please submit a full bug report,
with preprocessed source if appropriate.

Also, severel warning about functions not being inline-able are reported with
