[Bug fortran/16648] New: [gfortran] Does not support FLUSH intrinsic.

gfortran does not support the common extension of a FLUSH intrinsic subroutine 
- this is a regression from g77. 
 
(It's also worth noting that F2003 will mandate a FLUSH statement with similar 
semantics)
