gfortran "gcc version 3.5.0 20040710 (experimental)" does not create "T" records
in the .o files for symbols declared by the Fortran "ENTRY" statement:
[olchansk@tw15 gfortran_test]$ cat test_entry.f90
subroutine foo
return
entry bar
return
end
[olchansk@tw15 gfortran_test]$ g77 -c -x f77 test_entry.f90
[olchansk@tw15 gfortran_test]$ nm test_entry.o
00000000 t __g77_masterfun_foo
0000001c T bar_
00000006 T foo_
[olchansk@tw15 gfortran_test]$
/triumfcs/trshare/olchansk/gcc-tree-ssa/install/bin/gfortran -x f95 -c -o
test_entry.o -O2 -g -Wall -Waliasing -Wline-truncation -Wsurprising
-Wunused-labels -fPIC -ffixed-line-length-132 test_entry.f90
[olchansk@tw15 gfortran_test]$ nm test_entry.o
00000000 T foo_
