	PR libstdc++/16210
	* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCXX_ENABLE_LONG_LONG): Do not check for the
	availability of strto(u)ll, not used anymore in the iostreams.
	* aclocal.m4: Regenerate.
	* configure: Regenerate.
