[Bug middle-end/16373] -O2 and -O3 compiler switches do not "omit-frame-pointers" as the docs. describe.

Confirmed, this is only a documention error as with -fomit-frame-pointer on x86, it becomes 
impossible to debug except with a very recent gcc.
