Sorry about that.

I checked in code one day, and introduced a bug.  The next day, as I
was fixing the bug, Kazu Hirata opened the PR.  I checked in the fix
and closed the PR the same day.

I think it would be rather silly to list this PR as a bug fixed in
3.5.0.  So I don't really know what purpose setting the target
milestone has for a PR of this sort.

But since it appears to be policy, I will try to remember to do it in
the future nevertheless.
