A note: yes, it's fixed simply because, for 3.4, I have carefully fixed all
of locale_facets.tcc to never risk dereferencing end iterators: a boring long
work which begins to pay off ;)

Martin, I would appreciate if you could stress more heavily our 3.4 branch
(vs 3.3) and report asap any bug you encounter.
