My last bootstrap worked.  I forgot to use the --enable-languages
option, so I ended up doing a full build plus gnatlib_and_tools.  I
didn't try running the testsuite.

I've got two changes on top of your patches, one to emit REG_INC notes
if in[0] or in[1] contain an auto-inc address, and one that sets all of
the HAVE_POST_* macros to zero which was added to help isolate the
problem.

I have removed the HAVE_POST_* changes, and I'm trying another
bootstrap.
