Bootstrap fails when compiled with gcc 2.8.1 (gnat-3.14p)

I confirm with GNAT 3.15p too.

It's probably a bug in GNAT 3.1x, not in GCC current.  I was able to 
bootstrap with a more recent GNAT version.
