1) confirmed, the problem is in config/ip2k/t-ip2k

2) confirmed, can you send your patch to gcc-patches@gcc.gnu.org __after__ reading http://
gcc.gnu.org/contribute.html.

3) we do not provide a libc at all for any targets.
