Yes the inline-asm is invalid since dr will give you an 32bit register, and you want a 64bit register,
then use this instead:
void __clear_bit(int nr, volatile void *addr)
{
long t = nr;
__asm__ __volatile__(
"btrq %1,%0"
:"=m" ((*(volatile long *) addr))
:"dIr" (t));
}
