	The GDB session was compiling
src/libstdc++-v3/testsuite/17_intro/header_csetjmp.cc, one of the smaller
testcases that now fail on AIX with the varray consistency check.

	The only AIX failures are in the libstdc++ testsuite, because of
its use of PCH generated stdc++.h.  I was not able to give Steven feedback
until now because I needed to perform a complete bootstrap and libstdc++
testsuite run (bootstrap failed on PowerPC last night, so I could not
apply a patch, regenerate stdc++.h and test header_csetjmp.cc).

	The results are that Steven's patch does not correct the varray
consistency check failure.  I do not know how Geoff's patch differs from
Steven's that might produce different results.

	I am not sure why the libstdc++ testsuite failures do not affect
more targets.
