[Bug other/10584] [3.4 regression] ICE in copy_insn_list with __inline__ and -finstrument-functions

This is already fixed on the tree-ssa by 11950 and no-one looks like is working on this 
one, and I did not thing it should block a release as I have a work-around for myself, use -
pg instead.
