[Bug target/13619] New: ICE in extract_insn, at recog.c:2175

3.3 CVS 20031229 on powerpc-linux, currently no information for HEAD or if it's
a regression.

Get the following error when building vlc-0.7.0 which includes TOT
ffmpeg code with altivec support.
