[Bug c++/13511] Problem with compiler optimization -o2

Bug was observed on a deeply embedded system.
As the bug is related to the generated code, this would anyway not help very 
much.
Also the symptom is quite simple:
The pointer increment (Frameptr++) is simply omitted.
