The Cygwin site does not have the latest build.


Here is some of the make file output. The make error starts in line 
60of  insn-conditions.c and  onward.
But after I removed the '^M' from the C file and recompiled it, make was 
able to run all the way until it generated
'genflags'.  But then 'genflags' hit the 'Internal error' message.
