[Bug c/14251] New: Coreutils POSIX2_VERSION as 200112L

This patch makes gcc compliant with posix. It will fail to install with
the version of coreutils due to the change from Glibc's newer than 2.3.2
define _POSIX2_VERSION as 200112L

The attached patch fixes that issue.
