[Bug target/14226] [3.4] ICE in emit_move_insn for -mcpu=power4

Well since linux cannot use the full 64bit registers in 32bit mode either with the 64bit or 32bit kernels, 
I have a patch for this.  But note I cannot reproduce the ICE on powerpc-apple-darwin7.2.0 in 3.5.0.
