[Bug c++/14223] New: [3.3] duplicated checks leave dangling conditional jumps

The attached testcase is miscompiled on powerpc and powerpc64, 3.3 branch only. 
It can be seen in the 09.cse dump. 
 
g++ -O2 -c doubleif.ii -da 
 
check the doubleif.ii.09.cse dump, it will contain a single 
reg:CC 123 user in a conditional jump without setter. 
 
the testcase compiles correctly on mainline.
