[Bug preprocessor/14198] New: FAIL: gcc.dg/cpp/assert4.c (test for excess errors)

Configured as:

../gcccvsw/gcc/configure  --host=i686-pc-linux-gnu --target=mipsel-linux
--enable-languages=c,c++,java
--with-headers=/home/mipsel-linux/mipsel-linux/include --with-arch=mips32
--with-float=soft --prefix=/home/testcvs

Fails gcc.dg/cpp/assert4.c because the #cpu(mips) assert fails for this platform.

I will probably post a patch soon.
