[Bug other/14147] Cross-Compilation fails

Summarizing the last errors: Includefiles are not found: 
For alpha: signal.h, sys/ucontext.h 
For mips: pthread.h, unistd.h 
For ia64: stdlib.h 
 
Where to get them? (Why is /usr/include not used?)
