[Bug c++/13999] enabling c++ in gcc

Your not supposed to build with objdir a subdirectory of your source directory (see fifth paragraph 
on <http://gcc.gnu.org/install/configure.html>. If you build with objdir == /usr/src/build or 
soemthing along those lines, does the problem go away?
