[Bug c++/19025] New: [4.0.0 regression] false report: "control reaches end of non-void function"

For the attached program, gcc 4.0.0 20041214 (experimental) reports

foo9.cpp:24: warning: control reaches end of non-void function

which is obviously incorrect.  This bug isn't in 3.4.x.
