	* class.c (instantiate_type): Treat NON_DEPENDENT_EXPRs with 
	unknown_type as non matching.  Tidy up. 
	* pt.c (build_non_dependent_expr): Do not build a 
	NON_DEPENDENT_EXPR for a VAR_DECL.
