new report 17241 - attachments fail

I just created a new bug report - 17241.  I cannot attach the testcase, a
file "bug.tgz" which is the output of "-save-temps" (bug.i and bug.s).  I
specify the File, Description and Contenet Type, but I keep getting
prompted to re-login, followed by the error "No File Specified".  I also
tried just attaching the file bug.i with no success.

Anyone?  Should I attach the file here and see if someone else can attach it?
