[Bug c++/17212] New: -W(no)format-zero-length does not work with C++

Using GCC 3.4.0 with -Wno-format-zero-length gives this output:

cc1plus: warning: command line option "-Wno-format-zero-length" is valid for 
C/ObjC but not for C++

I see no problem to use this option in C++.
