[Bug other/17135] New: -freorder-functions mis-documented

The manual reads:
-freorder-functions
    Reorder basic blocks in the compiled function in order to reduce number of
taken branches and improve code locality. 

This is the description of -freorder-blocks, and I believe -freorder-functions
should be something like: 
-freorder-functions
