Just as a memo:
There is another gcj/libjava rmi problem i forgot to report, which is not fixed yet:

A rmi-server object which is only referenced from a remote client but not
referenced locally gets cleaned away by the garbage collector, but it shouldn't.
(This mainly happens for server objects not registered in the registry).
