[Bug c++/13178] [3.3 Regression] Bogus C++ error message referring to operator 1

Fixed in 3.4.0 and 3.5.0.
The fix for this bug should be simple in principle.
However, it involves one of those functions that were introduced
with no data for archeology.
Won't fix in 3.3.x
