[Bug target/15053] Gcc generates wrong section alignment

It doesn't make any senses. Gcc doesn't do that in other backends like ia32
and ia64. What doess gcc think a larger alignement than required is a good
thing on x86_64?

BTW, it has nothing to do with as or ld since gcc generates ".align 16".
