Bug reports should be submitted into our bug database, bugzilla.  We do

You neglected to mention the target system.  We need this info in order 
to look at a bug.

If this is an x86 target, then this could be due to known problems with 
the gcc x86 FP support.  If so, the -ffloat-store option might help.

Since you already submitted the testcase here, you could refer to it in 
the bugzilla bug report as
     http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-bugs/2004-04/msg00829.html

Since this is a large testcase, we may not be able to do much with it. 
We are much more likely to be able to fix a problem if you can isolate 
where the problem is occuring.
