[Bug target/14931] New: ASM file in GCC for PPC darwin should use the new stub style

All of the asm files in GCC's source that are for PPC darwin still uses the old style of a 
stub and should use the new style for speed and size reasons.  I will fix them in the next 
few weeks after I do some other stuff.
