[Bug target/14887] New: compat/struct-ret-19 failure on ia64-hpux - argument passing bug

There's a bug in the argument passing code for ia64-hpux.  See

for patch and discussion.  This bug is being filed because
CVS is unusable right now and I don't want it to slip off the
radar for 3.4.0.
