[Bug libstdc++/14854] New: Crosscompiling doesn't work

The libstdc++ configure run barfs with 
 
checking for main in -lm... configure: error: Link tests are not allowed after 
GCC_NO_EXECUTABLES 
 
when trying to crosscompile gcc w/ c++ support (plain C support works well, 
uclibc and corresponding headers are already installed as a shared and static 
library).
