[Bug c++/14779] [3.3 Regression] the copy constructor for a templatized class is not used in array initialization unless the constructor was previously referenced

BTW: just as with 12883, the testcase above only fails with 
unspecified array bounds. If I change them to  
  const X<S> pba[1] = { X<S> () };  // array bounds specified 
then everything is fine.
