	PR gfortran/14565
	* io/open.c (new_unit),
	* io/io.h : new_unit is now visible
	* io/transfer.c (data_transfer_init): open unit if no OPEN statement.
	* io/transfer.c (data_transfer_init): remove compile warnings.
	* io/rewind.c (st_rewind): ftruncate if writing.
	testsuite
	* gfortran.fortran-torture/execute/unopened_unit_1.f90: New test.
