...somehow make utility didn't create libstdc++.a

The libstdc++ when the preoblem reported:

/usr/local/lib
lrwxrwxrwx   1 root     system         18 Jul 11 18:32 libstdc++.so -> 
libstdc++.so.3.0.4
-rwxr-xr-x   1 root     system    5676032 Jul 11 18:32 libstdc++.so.3.0.4

The libstdc++ after replacing the lib:
/usr/local/lib
-rw-r--r--   1 root     system   9868054 Sep 25 12:43 libstdc++.a

Now it works well.
