Hello,

how can I solve the problem? A simple change of XprMatrix's private data to:

template<class E, unsigned Rows, unsigned Cols>
struct XprMatrix
{
  explicit XprMatrix(const E& e) : m_expr(e) { }
  [ ... ]
  E           m_expr;
};

doesn't solve the problem. The prod function uses XprMatrix's copy constructor 
without a reference now - or I'm wrong?
