This is trying to compile 3.3.1 with the old compiler, it gets as far
as (see below).  So it is using xgcc which is (I guess) the new 3.3.1
compiler (not sure which stage this is at).

So, erm, I guess yes ver 3.3.1 does have a similar problem...
