Judjing from the date I originally created the first three attachments
(2003-08-28) I would say that either v 1.13 or v1.14 of
dynreplace_version_table.h  could work, perhaps with minor modifications.


To anwser Dara's question on comment #8, I am not sure why I did not supply
preprocessed source. Now I understand that I missed the fact that some might had
been generated at the time.

Changed this bug back to NEW.
