After upgrading to binutils-2.14.90, the typical case of a
wrong DW_LNS_advance_pc prior to a DW_LNE_end_sequence seems
to have disappeared.

This is now officially an (ex) bug in GNU as that apparently
was fixed in the lastest binutils.
