You're a genious!  What do you need a 10 Megabyte preprocessed file for
when pinskia can do it with /dev/null?  :))

Works for me too, with any name it seems.

/tmp>touch qqq.h
/tmp>gcc-cvs-3.4 -c qqq.h -include qqq.h
/tmp>gcc-cvs-3.4 -c qqq.h -include qqq.h
