Might be fixed by (not commited yet):

	* cgraphunit.c (decide_is_function_needed):  Fix test dealing
	with functions implicitly made inline.

	* decl.c (start_cleanup_fn):  Set DECL_DECLARED_INLINE_P to deffer
	the expansion.
