Well, the first testcase is actually valid code, which is rejected
by mainline. Sorry for the confusion. However, this is the same
problem as in PR 11715, so there's no need to reopen the PR.

The second testcase is really invalid, so GCC is doing the right
thing here. I'll soon add a testcase for this.
