[Bug c++/13242] New: Incorrect mangling of template reference parameters

    // g++ mangles as _Z1n1SIXadL_Z1NEEE
This should be _Z1n1SIL_Z1NEE (or possibly _Z1n1SIXL_Z1NEEE)
