The date I quoted is the date it was semi fixed as the tree-ssa produced the same ICE 
untill 2003-11-14.  So most likely the bug is still there but the testcase no longer 
produces an ICE :) (Pushing it to 3.5 as the removal of reload did not make the cut for 3.4 
and it no longer ICE's).
