[Bug c/13233] New: ICE Segmentation Fault with static function call

The attached program generates an ICE when compiled as follows:

scott@Tycho$ gcc -c -std=gnu99 -O1 -fno-loop-optimize -fgcse \
                -fforce-mem -funit-at-a-time gcc-ice4.c

gcc-ice4.c: In function `generate_test_data':
 
gcc-ice4.c:44: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault

The problem is the static random4 function, which is called from inside a loop
in generate_test_data. I tried reducing random4, but any changes eliminated the
ICE. The simplest change that elimintaes the ICE is to remove the "static"
qualifier from the deifnition of random4.

Based on other bugs I've found, I think the -fno-loop-optimize switch may
conflict with gcse.
