GNAT uses mkstemp on platforms supporting it, so closing this report.

Also the suggestion about using libiberty is not applicable: the libiberty
provided with gcc sources is built for the host, not for the target.
Adding a target libiberty requirement for any Ada program is not
acceptable either.
